Your passport rules are almost as beaurocraticly enormous as ours...I get a passport for my honeymoon (lost my first one) Get back and promptly lose it. Need to repalce it becaues a year later I am head to Brazil and the INS/Passport lumps say they wont renew/replace because I would have gone through 3 passports in 3 years...They think I am selling them I guess...Who would want my passport! I look like a Damned Terrorist!

jaynee have the person in the post office to sign it, and pay like £4 extra and it will be back quicker and you will know the form is right.

I have just found out that the idiots haven't sent the passport photos back for someone to sign on the back to say it's a true likeness.
