Well it's £25 usually but it takes over 3 weeks we have ordered express delivery which is £50, and will be dispatched within 5 working days. We can't afford to hang around any longer.

The damn passport office has sent my application back saying that the countersignatory... my business advisor at the bank.. hasn't known me personally for more than 2 years. They have given me a big list of people that can countersign but I can't find anyone relevent. I suppose the doctor could do it but they charge and it's hard enough getting an appointment when you're ill never mind when you aren't. At this rate we will never get to Florida, it's a good job I didn't book before waiting for the passports to come back or I would have lost all that money.
