What's a rag head?

A person who wraps a cloth around his/her head? Usually used to refer to people of Muslim ethnicity I believe, but Sikhs are sometimes grouped together as well.

Correct me if I'm wrong I'm not really sure. It's a term not used in my country.

I left Secondary school today. one of the most exciting, photogenic yet emotional times I have felt when the rest of the girls run up for a hug. I will miss that place x
