Actually, I've just been rather busy. Did some work out in the garden yesterday once it stopped raining and have been starting to set up my new laptop - having a few issues with it. Been helping my dad to finish boarding out his garage this morning and then went up into the loft in my sister's house and boarded that out too.
Gonna do some more in the back garden this afternoon whilst it's such a lovely day - it's back to "a mixture of bright spells and showers" tomorrow.
Had a bit of an Xbox session Friday night too. Went on it about 1.30am and didn't switch it off until just after quarter past 6 ! Need For Speed Underground 2 is WICKED !
Went down the pub with some mates last night. One of those silly evenings where you just don't stop laughing the whole time![]()
lol, ur random * kidnaps prudence and delivers her back at ur house, wearing a big red bow* shes ur thankyou llama
hows the new laptop? * got over a week to wait for her new pc yet*
and atleast u remember last night this morning, so u obviously didnt get that drunk hehe
Ah thanks - that's cheered me right upOriginally Posted by clairelovestlc
Laptop seemed pretty cool when I took it out of the box - definitely better than I was expecting for £349 (turns out that that was an end-of-line special offer and they've stopped making them now .... so I got in at just the right time). First thing I wanted to do was wipe Windows XP off, which I did, but I've had to leave a whole big 'recovery partition' on there because they don't give you a recovery CD or Windows disc - it's all hidden on the hard diskAnyway, I got Windows 2000 on it but it's a bit unstable - I think I need to download another driver for the motherboard. I had tried not to as it's 42Mb but think I'll have to when I have another go at doing some more to it tonight.
How was work today?
