Was this site down a few mins ago or was it my stupid router?

No it was down, someone attacked our server.

And there was me thinking the PC was playing up.

I've noticed that the Emails are coming slower than they used. I am getting to the forum before the Email even hits (which is unsual for me since I can be so slow)

I am thinking of changing the hosting to a dedicated server soon, just need to save some pennys! How is eveyone finding the site speed other than that in general?

Last nights attack probably slowed things down for a bit, luckily it wasn't a professional attack.

fine other than the e-mils, getting duplicates on times.

I tried to get on here this morning and dinnertime but couldn't. I could get on other websites though.

pretty much fine for me now, sumtimes slower than others!

what happened when they attacked it? howd they do it? :S

I'ts just an amateur overflow attack, shouldn't slow things down for too long.
