Got an email today saying I definately can't have 2Mb, but.... I still get my 30Gb bandwidth a month!!! how nice of BT for doing that, now i'm all happy again.
I sent an email to BT last week asking them when I'll be getting my upgrade to 2mb. I'm still waiting for a reply. Crap customer service.
Well if youv'e already got 1Mb they were supossedly doing those accounts first...so you should know already...think the cut off date was 8th March although I only found out today.
DAL theyve given me 1 mb by mistakeim happy with that,.
Freedom2surf said they will upgrade me to the 1 mg package but we are too far from the exchange and BT have no plans to upgrade it.No cable here either, we don't even have a gas supply so it's a miracle we can actually get BB at all.
