The leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-Il; I would then round up all of my (his)closest family and political/military friends and then have them publicly executed... probably do it myself. That insane display in public and with the loss of his political base North Korea would or could remove me (him) from power, with no heir apparent. 24 hours is all I need.
