I think owen and I have narrowed down the problem to sygate. I have to allow all before I can post anything on any forum. (well it seems to be working tonight but tomorrow could be a different story) Oooooooops it is tomorrow.

i had that problem with sygate too jaynee appart it was blocking connection to the net unless allow all was chosen it happened when i upgraded from version 2525(not sure about version) to the updated version and reverting back to the old one didn't cure it either

Well thread tools have packed up again..... and sygate is set to allow all. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
