    Sunbeds good or bad?

The question is in the title........ I have only in the last year started using them....and feel better for it. I look better browner and it's nice to feel hot when you get off the bed.

Sara Hiom, science information manager at Cancer Research UK, said: "Laboratory research has proved that the type of ultra-violet radiation used in sunbeds can cause all types of skin cancer.
You may as well lay out in the sun Jaynee, it is just as risky.

Yes I know...... but there is no sun...... Standards in most sunbed places are seriously lacking. They let my kids on for 12 mins for their first time when they were only 14. They didn't ask their age or grade their skin type. I have never seen so much red skin a few hours later. THEY JUST WANT THE MONEY.!!!
