Well spring is finally here where I live. After hearing the droning in unison of half the neighbourhoods lawnmowers I thought I had better go out and join them. Oh what a shame the lawnmower wouldn't start. Instead I spent an hour sweeping up leaves and stopping my 3 year old catching the hundreds of frogs that are in and around my pond.
After that I couldn't find anything else to do so I came in and got my excel for dummies book out. Talk about making things difficult... I gave up after 5 minutes. So then I thought I would try to burn a cd, I have never been able to figure out how to do it using media player. By pure guess work I got it right first time. One success story for the day. LOL (Oops this sounds like a blog.)

Blog, blog, blog...Spring...Pah! I am looking at another foot of snow between now and next friday...What part of England are you in? I want to move!

Yeah, where exactly are you? I've seen a little bit of sun but 'Spring'? I don't know about that! My lawn's going to take at least a fortnight of warm weather before it's anywhere near ready to be attacked by my lawnmower.

We have started cutting grass at work in North Wales, Chester and will be soon in Shropshire.

Mine needs doing here in the midlands but dont seem to have the time. I am hoping to get started at easter when i can get some veg in the ground as well

I noticed my gardner around cutting lawns yesterday...so it'll soon be time for him to come here................slowly lawn has given way to gravel less hassle, cheaper I must get the fence panels replaced that blew down last August.........well sometime this year..
