    I have started having museli.

Buy it loose from the health food shop, add some mixed nuts, dried apricots, figs and cranberries, some pumpkin and sunflower seeds covered with skimmed and semi skimmed milk and served with a large mug of hot tea.

I have my breakfast - right around noon - you know, around lunch time. So, I guess that means that I have breakfast for lunch, or I have lunch and no breakfast........ohhhhhhhhhhh I dunno.

Psssst.... sometimes I have breakfast for supper.

But then on the other hand, you Brits have so many different words, it's confusing.

Breakfast seems to be breakfast... my lunch is your dinner... my supper is your tea. WTF??
