I try and do plenty of exercise, but not much at the moment as I was in hospital yesterday having my right knee operated on.

i actualy do quite alot, but at times i do **** all and just play pc games all day!

sumtimes tho im off hiking or rugby training or just general sport like footie, badminton, squash or athletics in the right season, and sometimes go jogging bout 4 miles
