    I had presumed you just meant take thr wheel off the car and then the tyre of the wheel.

    In order to see where if there are bubbles, she HAS to take the tire off the car or else she won't be able to see the back - unless she wants to stick her head under the car itself.

    If you have been kerbing the alloys then the outside edge might not be sealing and the cheapest option is to have a tube put in, but check first by filling the bath with cold water and testing each wheel.
    If the valve is the problem then you maybe able to replace just the inner piece, they can be bought from any cycle shop with and you will need a tool to remove them don't go to a tyre place they will want to replace the casing as well and if it is all four they will not be cheap the place i worked at over 20 years ago charged £1.50 a valve then
