Just remembered I forgot to comment on this new skin that d-a-l has. Looks alot better than the last one but there are still lots of things you could do to improve. Do some stuff at vbulletintemplates.com they have good tweaks.
Like rounded category images and quotes. Also cut down the size of the hyperlinked banner at the top but a slice in it. Overal looks much better

Yes I have started making a few more changes over the last week or so and I will put them live as I get time, maybe today. Only subtle things though but they make us look a little more unique!

I will be implementing a hack so that all Mods/Techs can turn off ads so they don't have to look at them Otherwise they help pay the hosting so for now i'll leave them be!

Not a good idea, if you look at the Google TOS it is against the rules of the program to encourage users to click those ads.
