Actually, in the US its OK for this because there is not a belief of privacy. You were duly arrested (even if wrongly) and are in a public facility. Now, if this were in the jail cells instead of the processing facility, I would be really scared!

BTW, this IS tennessee after all...just alittle more classy than Alabama.
