is it me or is the dal screen not filling the moniter i also have a scroll bar now appeared at the bottom of the screen

should fit 800 x 600 nicely....

If someone posts an image which is larger than your screen resolution then your screen will scroll to enable you to view the image in full. E.g you have a screen res of 800x600 and I post my desktop pic at 1024x720, then your screen will have to scroll to view it.
