Spud, a quick way is to press print screen then paste into a graphics program and save the image as a JPG. Then go to a free image host like http://www.imageshack.us/ and upload the image. That site will then give you a link so you can display the image in this forum.

spud, i just pressed print screen on my desktop, then went into paint and pasted i then saved it as a jpeg but was too big ( must be less than 95kb i think ) so i used ifran to resize it down so it was smaller, hope this helps m8
