Hello, my name is Rick, I had this problem once before, but the person who helped me out then, has since moved away. One day, I noticed that my processor, was only running at 1.4 GHz, if fact, it is a 2.8 GHz. I tried to change it in my BIOS, but, is says LOCKED, and, no matter what I changed in the BIOS, I could not unlock it. Can anyone shed some light on it for me please.
