How well would you think a website would run where a user uploads an image and and selects some extras etc.. and then its printed onto a tshirt would go like. Say prices like £5 with free P&P. There would also be pre designed shirts for sale. Would it work?

what about copyright of uploaded images you could not garantee the uploader owns the right to use that image

i think a diclaimer might be ok but you would need to check that with a copyright specialist i think it is too risky nowdays not to check to be sure

i done a quick google "t shirt printing" it came back with 2,250000 hits you could be up against it

well not all those results are actually custom t-shirt printing, as for the idea, i dont think i would be your main source of income but a side project to generate some extra cash

I don't think it would generate much income especially as for £5 the quality is bound to be poor. cafepress and a few others already have this pretty well catered for, as cool said, possibly make some extra cash but even to do that you would need some marketing done.
