You don't have to always come up with the perfect answer first time - it often helps to just throw in a few suggestions or thoughts for someone with a problem to consider. There are a lot of threads where we have to walk the member through every step of the solution but, often, someone just needs a few ideas to prompt them into thinking "Oh yeah, that's what I did just before I broke it" !
