Just a few more tips,

I have noticed you have installed the arcade hack and thats about it, I have also noticed the skin you are using is pretty standard and looks the way it comes. I recommend you change the gradients to make this site look more individual as there are loads of sites powered by vbulletin and keep the standard skin, they normally don't do very well. I don't normally bother signing upto forums that haven't been customized much but I know somone here so I decided to come on and say what I think needs doing.
You could make this forum have alot of potentional if you have quite a bit of money go to www.vbulletinskinz.com and contact him to make you a skin, you can see his previous work on that site and it is amazing.
Also can we have some different smilies instead of the boring old ones.
How about adding the points system so each post = 1 point and that can be spent in the shop for advanced pc support etc...
These are a few of my suggestions and they normally work quite well, I am an admin of a few forums and moderate a few others aswell so I do know what I am talking about.
Thats about enough from my side, but if you need any help just contact me and I will help out, now I wonder if I will see any results.

Thanks for taking the time to make some suggestions about the site, you have some nice ideas. The forum is actually already extremely successful even though it is basic, remember that most people coming here are computer novices wanting help. A lot of members are not even sure how to post a message let alone earn points and buy forum enhancements. The site has grown to be one of the best support sites around by keeping things simple and offering free friendly advice which helps people. That said, I am aware of other hacks and also aware that more could be done to make the site look a little more individual, I will checkout that link, so thanks. There are changes planned for D-A-L, to what extent I am still not sure but I do appreciate your suggestions in the meantime

No skin needs to be changed, definitly just maybe a different gradient which is so simple. It annoys me that ordinary skins that come the way they are bought just stay like that, this must be one of the first I have seen that have stayed standard to actually get quite a alot of members.
Well its upto the owners but I suggest he trys new style, you can actually create a few styles and then let the user decide what style they want.

Well the colour of a forum does not stop it being successful but I agree it does make it more individual. The skin will be changing at some point but it certainly will not change that drastically

Yep, as I said, Most people won't even know how to use such a system and I can tell you that a points system is not planned for this forum. The site is all about free, friendly and helpful PC Help.

Points is free and fun, Main thing would just be a skin or the header have a divider that joins the forum.
