Yep, the hacks are free but they take away the focus of the site, free pc help. The arcade is just a nice breakout for the members who are sick of PC talk!

The forum is fine as it is in my opinion Stephen. I can't be bothered with all these skins and the likes, not worth the hassle because if you keep it basic, it suits everyone. If you go with enhancements, etc, it may be difficult for some to see and repel visitors.

I do think there is plenty of room for flashy looking forums and hacks which do all kinds of cool stuff but I think you need to be careful with the kind of site/forum you use it on.

Certainly, thats one some forums are for. But we get users on Dial Up as well, so you have to be careful about how boggy the site is.

Yep that is nice, I don't think numbers would double though. We shall see anyway, as I said i do plan some changes but they would be run past the members here first anyway.

agreed that site is good but to be honest most the people who come on these kind of forums are pc beginners, and they obvioulsy wont be looking at skin we have and wont really care! a change in skin may be good but the point system at this moment sounds stupid! once again most people who use this site ( apart from admins and people like myself) only post a few things on this site! and wudnt care about points!

i first joined the forum because it looked user friendly and i found out that was the case it is also providing a valuable service with out all of the bull*hit i think we have a winning formula at moment
