hi. i have a powerbook that i have been using for years. one day it just decided it wasnt going to turn on anymore. i could still hear like a fan starting up but nothing else. so i brought a new power cord for it. still the same thing happened. so then i tried a new battery. the battery was half charged when i brought it. and the laptop started up straight away. it hadnt been going for a bout a year. the battery started to go flat. so i pluged it into power. but it would not charge. so as you can guess once flat that was that. i sent back the battery as it was under warranty. got a replacement and the same thing happened.
any ideas what it could be. i love the laptop and i dont wont to get rid off it. thanks.
