Help! I have recently changed provider to BT broadband. Using my mini Mac I can't get into hotmail, Google Anylitics is not functioning as normal and Blogger is not 100%. BT have been no help and suggest that I need a "local technician" (not in India I suppose).

Since you are a Mac user. Might I suggest Bronis Homepage. He is one of the antivirus gurus on this forum and a lot of folks on his home page are Mac users.
