Exclamation Can't connect to wireless internet in Ubuntu-please help

    Hello DAL,

My router: Linksys N-Ultra range Plus model: WRT400N

Usb wireless adapter: Linksys N-Ultra range Plus model: WUSB600N

I am dual booting Windows XP Pro and Ubuntu 9.4 using the program Wubi, because I'm having issues that aren't fixable with my Windows XP, trust me.

In windows I had to setup the USB adapter to my router via a setup CD, which my internet works great in XP. In Ubuntu I inserted the cd tried to run the setup and I got hit with a window with code in it.

So I tried to enter my information manually in Ubuntu. I entered my SSID and WEP key into the "setup wireless internet" option, I entered everything correctly and I just wouldn't connect. It showed the sign of the two ball, yes two balls going around the white circle in the taskbar.

What do I have to do to get wireless working in Ubuntu?

I'm not going to using Ubuntu,

In my opinion, its way to complicated and has wasted much of my time. Sorry for wasting yours.
