so i wanna cool down my macbook i should set the RPM to high or low ? my currently setting is lowest RPM and my computer is at 56degrees, i using smc.. i try it out myself i set it at 2500RPM will i burn up my internal fan from my macbook ?

increasing the RPM should decrease the temperature to a certain extent. Incresing the RPM a small bit shouldnt harm the fan as long as you're sensible with the RPM
