Today i did a boot on Ubuntu onto my PC. i did not install it i just did a live boot from the CD drive. after the CD loaded (ubuntu 6.06) i got to the home screen but the mouse and keyboard were not detected. does anyone know the problem and how to solve it?

Well i know in my BIOS there is an option for a USB Keyboard and Mouse. I had to enable them to get them to work when not in windows.
