i have a dell wireless 1390 WLAN mini-card, but it doesn't work on my PClinuxOS-running inspiron 1501. i've tried using the driver with NDISwrapper, installing the windows driver app under wine, etc, etc. nothing works.

so I'm going to get a new wireless card or usb stick. Suggestions please?

I have a Linksys Wireless USB adapter with PClinuxOS 2007 on an old HP and it works fine. I did have a problem with WPA encryption on the wireless-G access point; however, after I changed the access point settings from WPA to WEP and modified the wpa_supplicant.conf file, all went well.
