Both but mainly that she got fired over it after all its not that she did something wrong at work.

It was going around on an email and it's now on a ton of different sites and blogs. If that were my employee and they were on probation they wouldn't be coming in the next day. You may or may not agree with how the company you work for is run or how your boss works, but if you don't like it then find a new job in my opinion.
