I've used the word more times than I can count; I suppose most of you have let it slip once or twice yourselves. And I always thought I knew what it meant. But in this new job I'm being trained by the man I'll be replacing, and he's taught me a major lesson. Now I know that it stands for:
Consistently unhelpful, nasty temper.
